A love story between a cameo and an intaglio...
This necklace is incredibly rich in both texture and theme! We combined a vintage shell cameo and intaglio with velvet ribbons, vintage lace, and a wonderful striped ribbon to create the look of a medal. Touches of vintage brass bring an old world feel that can't be denied. The unique clasp connector allow the ribbon to be interchanged with a chain, or the piece to be attached to a button on a peacoat or other outerwear. This is a fantastic, multifunctional heirloom work of art to be sure!
